With a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science, Ashley has always had a passion for overall health and wellness. Ashley’s love for a good sweat, dance party and heart-pumping music made teaching at Three15 a perfect fit. This mom of three loves speed, big beats, embracing the burn and encouraging every rider in the studio! With a combination of rhythm and resistance, she strives to inspire riders to find connection and strength, while letting go and having fun. Most importantly, Ashley believes it is all about showing up and challenging yourself.
Ashley is dedicated to growing the THREE15 family. She hopes to continue to inspire this community to nurture their bodies and minds through nourishing food and fitness.
